With nearly 25 years of IT expertise, I have built a career specializing in systems administration, infrastructure deployment, operational management, and technical support. My recent role at HighFiveTek Inc. involved designing and maintaining secure, efficient network environments for medical practices and pharmacies. I streamlined network setups, implemented robust cybersecurity protocols, and managed incident resolutions to ensure operational efficiency. My hands-on approach, combined with a customer-focused mindset, enabled seamless deployments and support, including configuring Square POS systems and delivering tailored technical solutions.
My passions are technology, photography, and cars. Technology has been a constant in my life, and I’ve enjoyed staying up to date on the latest advancements.
